Property Mapping:
"Property Mapping" is our comprehensive documentation service for your property. When you sign up, we physically walk your property and meticulously record every detail through photographs, videos, and notes. This allows us to quickly address issues remotely. For example, in a water leak situation, we can guide guests to shut off the main valve, or direct them to reset a tripped breaker, all without the need for immediate onsite intervention. This detailed understanding of your property enhances our efficient response to emergencies, ensuring smooth and swift solutions.
Priority Labor Services:
Get 2 hours of priority labor during business hours (9-5 Mon-Fri) each month included with your first property. (30 minute minimum)
Additional Hours: Access to 4 extra hours each month at a discounted rate of $55 per hour (standard rate $77/hour).
Enjoy the convenience of emergency after-hours service, ensuring your needs are met even outside of regular business hours (after hours service billed at double rate).
We aim to consistently achieve a boots-on-the-ground response time of less than 4 hours when needed and possible.
2 hours included with first property, can be carried over to other properties added to subscription.
Propane Exchange Service:
Complimentary propane exchange service (cost of propane not included).
Water Testing Compliance:
Annual water sample collection and testing, fulfilling Fremont County requirements.
